  Under the new editorship of Prof. Per Westermark, Amyloid: The Journal of Protein Folding Disorders covers all aspects of the protein groups, amyloidoses and other protein folding disorders. 

Amyloid is recognized as one of the leaders in the publication of the classification of the amyloid proteins and the associated disorders as well as clinical studies of all aspects of the amyloid related neurodegenerative diseases and major clinical studies on the inherited amyloidosis, especially those related to transthyretin.
